What to Do Next
As soon as your event is over, complete your School Report Form and send it in! We ask each school to prioritize submitting their form and cheques so we can receipt all donors quickly.
Please send in the completed school report form the week after your event or by March 31th, along with:
- 2. All cheques made payable to "Coldest Day of the Year"
- 3. One school cheque that equals all the cash your school and students collected.
Note: All cash should be deposited into your school’s bank account, and then a cheque submitted to us for that amount, made payable to Coldest Day of the Year.
